I build the email and SMS foundation that runs on autopilot — so your customers get the right message at the right time, automatically.
Automations — $1,500
- Audit of current email setup (if applicable)
- Discovery call
- 2 automations set up across 3 formats: email + SMS, email only, SMS only
- Total of 6 setups (each automation is built in all 3 formats), ~24 messages total across all setups
- Each setup includes 4 emails and/or SMS messages within the sequence — for example, a post-purchase automation might include a thank you, a follow-up, a review request, and a re-engagement message spread over several weeks
- Full skeleton built out — journey mapping, copy direction, trigger logic
- For brands starting from zero: I build the entire foundation so it's ready to grow with your business
- Execution included — everything is set up and ready to run
- Walkthrough call where I present everything and train you or your team on how to manage, edit, and adjust for seasons, holidays, and campaigns going forward
- One follow-up check-in to make sure everything is running smoothly and answer any questions
- Additional automations: $500 per set of 2 (across same 3 formats)
- Content creation handled separately if needed
- Platform subscriptions (Klaviyo, Attentive, etc.) are the client's responsibility

FAQs
How long does it take to receive my strategy? After an intro call to confirm we're a good fit, you'll sign a contract and receive your first invoice. Once payment is received, your strategy will be ready within 7 business days.
How do I contact you? We'll have scheduled check-in calls based on your package, and I respond to all emails within one business day. If something truly urgent comes up, you can always reach me by call or text.
Do I need to sign a contract? Yes. Services are on a month-to-month basis — no long-term commitment required.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? Yes. Just give me two weeks' notice so you're billed properly for the next cycle.
What if I already have a team? Whether it's just you or you have a team, this works either way. I build the strategy and walk you through how to execute it. If you have people helping you, I can train them directly during check-in calls so everyone's aligned. The goal is to make sure whoever is executing has the tools and knowledge to do it confidently.
