Once a contract is signed and an invoice is issued, work begins. Because strategy, preparation and planning start immediately, no refunds can be issued at that point.

That said, there are no long-term commitments here. This is a month-to-month arrangement — if you decide you're ready to move on, whether it's after one month or one year, all I ask is two weeks' notice before the next billing cycle. That gives me enough time to wrap up cleanly and not prepare work you no longer need.

There's no penalty and no awkward exit. Two weeks' notice is all it takes.
