How We Work Together

Every engagement starts with a short intro call — a chance for both of us to ask questions, get aligned on what you need and make sure we're the right fit for each other. There's no commitment at this stage.

If we decide to move forward, I'll send a contract for your review and signature. Once that's signed, you'll receive your first invoice. Work begins after payment is received, and your discovery call will be scheduled within 7 business days.

The discovery call is where we go deep — into your goals, your current setup and exactly what we're building toward. From there, everything is structured. All strategy documents, audits, calendars and deliverables live in a shared Google Drive folder that belongs to you. If we stop working together, you keep everything.

Day-to-day communication runs through email and scheduled calls. Emails are answered within one business day. Depending on your package, we have biweekly or weekly check-in calls — this is where we review performance, adjust strategy and work through anything that needs a real conversation. After every call, you'll receive a written summary: what we covered, decisions made and next steps. Nothing falls through the cracks.

If something urgent comes up — a crisis, a time-sensitive decision, something that can't wait — I'm available by call or text. You'll have my number.

Services are invoiced at the start of each billing cycle and payment is due within 7 business days. Work begins once payment is received. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee.
