Hi, I'm so glad you're here — welcome! I'm Maria Elisa, aka MEF (my initials!)

I've always been the kind of person who figures it out. Loud, quick with ideas, never short on a plan — that part hasn't changed since I was a little girl.

I'm equal parts analytical and creative, which is a combination I used to think was contradictory until I realized it's actually my greatest asset. I come up with ideas and then I build the strategy behind them and see them through.

MEF Strategy exists because small brands deserve that same level of thinking without having to hire a full team to get it. I come in, figure out what's working and what isn't and build something that moves the needle — but I don't just do the work and leave. I teach as I go, so you walk away with the tools and the understanding to keep building your brand.
